- account data: email, encrypted password, first name, last name;
- security data: password reset tokens, technical logs, abuse prevention data;

- collaboration data: invitations, roles, workspace and project access;
- business data: projects, nomenclature tables, lines, references, locations, stock, scenarios, parameters, results, and exports;
- billing data: billing name, billing email, billing address, city, country, tax identifier;
- payment data: transaction identifiers, provider, amount, currency, status, promotional code;
- imported files: PDF and Excel files uploaded by users;

4. Legal basis
Processing may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required, especially for certain cookies or analytics tools.
5. Recipients
Data may be accessible to the publisher, hosting and infrastructure providers, maintenance and messaging providers, payment providers such as PayPal and PayTech, security providers, analytics tools, and competent authorities where required by law.

In particular, account data is kept while the account remains active, contact requests for up to 24 months, pending invitations until expiry or deletion, temporary import files for the time needed to process them, technical documents for the platform’s operational retention period, and invoices and accounting data for the legally required duration.

Some processing operations or providers may involve transfers outside Senegal or outside the user’s country. HASaver seeks to rely on appropriate safeguards or provider mechanisms applicable to those transfers.
