1. Purpose
These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the HASaver platform.
2. Publisher
HASaver is published by Ibrahima Pouye, sole proprietor doing business under the trade name GLOBATECH BTP, registered under RCCM number SN DKR 2025 A 12636 and NINEA number 012037364, located in Dakar, Senegal.

3. Service description
HASaver is a software solution for optimizing rebar cutting and assisting with material ordering for construction sites.
The platform makes it possible to centralize nomenclature tables, structure bar marks, steel types, grades, diameters, and lengths, integrate existing stock, run optimization scenarios, and generate reliable purchase quantities, actionable cutting plans, and verification documents.
HASaver also enables users to organize data by project, zone, or element, and to keep traceability of the parameters, selections, and results linked to each scenario.
4. Access
Access to certain features requires the creation of a user account. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and remain solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
5. User obligations
- use HASaver in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws;
- not impair the operation, security, or integrity of the platform;
- not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or third-party rights infringing data, content, or files;
- verify data, results, calculations, quantities, exports, and generated documents before any operational, commercial, technical, or on-site use.
6. Imported data and content
Users remain solely responsible for the data, files, documents, and content they enter, upload, store, share, or use on HASaver, and warrant that they have all rights and authorizations required for such use.
7. Availability
HASaver is provided on a reasonable efforts basis. Access may be suspended, interrupted, or limited for maintenance, security, technical evolution, or bug fixing purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its architecture, interfaces, code, graphic elements, databases, distinctive signs, and contents, except user-owned content, are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. No ownership rights are transferred to the user, who only receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
9. Limitation of liability
HASaver is a tool that helps optimize rebar cutting and prepare material orders.
The results provided by the platform are generated automatically from the data, parameters, and files entered, imported, or validated by the user. It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify the accuracy, consistency, and suitability of the results obtained before making any purchasing, manufacturing, ordering, supply, or construction site execution decision.
HASaver does not guarantee the complete absence of waste, input errors, consumption differences, additional material requirements, or the perfect suitability of the results for all technical, commercial, or operational constraints specific to the user.
The publisher shall not be liable for financial losses, site delays, cost overruns, supply shortages, ordering mistakes, operating losses, margin losses, customer losses, or any indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform or the interpretation of the results provided.
In any event, and except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any mandatory legal provision to the contrary, the publisher’s total liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the total amount effectively paid by the client for the HASaver service during the twelve (12) months preceding the occurrence of the damage.
10. Suspension or termination
The publisher may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service in the event of abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or non-compliant use. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to any ongoing contractual or financial obligations.
11. Personal data
The collection and processing of personal data are described in the HASaver Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
The publisher may amend these Terms of Use, as well as the conditions applicable to the platform features and credits, at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of use of the service, unless otherwise stated.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the law applicable in Senegal, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating court proceedings.
