1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase and use of credits offered on the HASaver platform.
2. Nature of credits
Credits grant access to specific platform features or usage units according to the rules displayed on HASaver at the time of purchase and use.
As of the publication date of these terms, HASaver credits do not expire unless the applicable conditions are changed in the future.
3. Pricing
Credit prices are displayed on the platform at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
4. Order
Any credit order implies acceptance of these terms. The order becomes final only after payment is validated by the relevant payment provider.
5. Payment
Payment may be made using the methods offered on the platform, including PayPal or PayTech. HASaver does not directly collect the full set of banking or payment data when it is processed by a specialized provider.
6. Credit allocation
Credits are added to the relevant account or workspace after payment confirmation, except in the event of a technical incident, anomaly, verification, or suspected fraud.
7. Invoicing
Where billing information is requested, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Invoices, when issued, are based on the information provided by the user.
8. Refunds
Except where required by mandatory law or in the case of a proven error attributable to HASaver, properly purchased and effectively allocated credits are non-refundable.
9. Use of credits
Credits may only be used within the HASaver service, in accordance with the technical, pricing, and functional rules applicable at the time of use. Abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant use may result in suspension of access to the service.
10. Complaints
Any dispute relating to an order or payment operation must be sent to contact@hasaver.com within a reasonable time from the relevant operation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Senegal, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply.
